Basic SWAT K9 is a course for Handlers, Operators and Admins looking to learn how a K9 team can help with SWAT missions. Topics will include Dog Selection, Equipment, Deployment Considerations & Scenarios.

Operators and Admins will learn the value of a K9 team and also to trust in the K9s abilities.

Handlers will learn the foundational skills to grow upon to become a critical part of their team.

Exercises and scenarios will include, obedience around operators, deployments from a stack, direct sends from a stack, perimeters, tactical tracking and vehicle deployments (HRV and/or Jump Out Van)
