One Life Defense, LLC. Close Carbine Skills
August 5 @ 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
A practical approach to the carbine skills necessary to engage at close to intermediate distances (3 yards to 300 yards) in a defensive situation. This particular course is primarily focusing on CQB distances and out to 100 yards. The practical skills approach will be accompanied by a very high accuracy standard; the shooter will leave the course with zero illusions about their close carbine capabilities and knowing fully what they need to work on and how to train themselves going forward. The Violence of Mind lecture will be covered on a chosen topic pertaining to violence mindset and the realities of lethal fighting.
This course is also a good introduction to the safety, weapons manipulation and shooting skills needed in CQB training.
There will be several qualifications shot with time and accuracy standards to meet. The course is fun and challenging.
